Google Analytics to hold Seminars for Success
27/01/2009
Google Analytics is to host two days of seminars aimed at educating web professionals on how to best use analytics.
Web marketers who employ analytics to track and record the performance of their campaigns are to be the main subjects of the Seminar for Success meetings.
Those interested in enhancing their understanding of web analytics have been invited to attend the seminars, which are scheduled to run on February 17th and 18th.
Writing on the official Google Analytics blog, Eva Woo commented that the first day will focus on business insights, and the second on technical insights.
The former is expected to provide web analysts and prospective analytics converts with an introduction to the world of collecting, analysing and reporting on valuable internet data.
On top of learning how to use Google Analytics tools, Ms Woo explained: "Day one will focus on what reports to look at and why. You'll also find out about performance indicators that can alert you of potential problems."
Meanwhile, day two will focus more on the technical aspect of analytics which might be more suited to webmasters interested in the likes of code customisation, filters and funnels.
Google Analytics recently held similar seminars in Las Vegas, Nevada, aimed at promoting the use of analytics and web optimisation.
