Google Analytics is a 'no-brainer' for businesses looking to boost their online leads and conversion rates, one expert has suggested.
Despite the obvious advantages of adopting such an application - not least its ability to generate detailed data concerning visitors to a company's website - US expert Boris Bugarski has revealed that a significant proportion of enterprises are still neglecting to take advantage of the tool, Franchise Update reports.
Indeed, through his mUrgent company, of which he is president, he found that 39 per cent of the companies he works with still don't make use of Google Analytics, while many of those that do have access to the tool do not have a full appreciation of how to use the data it produces to boost their web-conversion rates.
"That means 39 per cent do not have analytics," he was quoted as saying.
"That's a big number of marketers and sales people who don't care about measurement from their number one lead source," Mr Bugarski went on to remark.
Earlier this month, Google launched its Commerce Search tool, which enables e-retail firms to better provide consumers with up-to-date details concerning their goods and services.
