Flagship Support Contract Offering - by Client Demand


Soon after Living Streams was launched five years ago, it became obvious that it was time consuming for us and clients to work together on an order by order basis.  Similarly, clients did not want to be tied in to a fixed cost per month for each particular service.  

The solution was a support contract where the client gets lower rates and flexibility of service taken in return for committing to take an agreed number of hours support each month (3 hours minimum #).  This flexibility includes moving between advice, support and implementation.  It can even include, subject, to individual mutual agreement, some 'products' on a time equivalent basis.

The support contract is ongoing, does not require orders to be raised and can be terminated, by either party,  on one calendar month notice.

Example of Services Covered by the Support Contract

  1. Pure consultation
  2. Internet Advertising - set-up, management, expansion, reporting.  Excluding payments to the location provider for advert 'clicks' (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook)
  3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  4. Website conversion (sale, enquiry, download , registration) improvement work - including split / multivariate testing
  5. Analytics - set-up, analysis, reporting
  6. Email marketing including the usage cost of the email marketing system itself (depending on which option matches client need)

Support Contract Pricing

Standard Rate £90 per hour 

Special rates:
- £80 / hour for medium sized SME
- £70 / hour for established but small for-profit companies
- £60 / hour for start-up companies and non-profit organisations

      The commitment: A minimum commitment of
      3 hours per month is required to qualify.
 
      Clients are able, on a month by month basis to:

  1. Flex what services are undertaken to match their priorities and needs
  2. Vary the balance between advice, support and implementation 
  3. Take some 'products' within the contract by converting the cost to a time equivalent
