Prior to founding Living Streams, with my wife Joann, I worked for over 30 years in the telecoms / internet industry: During that time I developed a passion for quality and customer service - twice taking large units to achieve international quality certifications and leading my last unit to industry leading customer satisfaction levels. My desire is for this passion to be reflected in everything that Living Streams provides to its SME clients.
While I enjoyed my time in the corporate world, these days I use my years of experience to promote the success of my clients through better use of the web.
